Routeique helps to manage every aspect of your distribution business, from the moment an order is taken, to the moment its delivered - and beyond.

The Routeique app for iOS offers drivers the ability to manage their routes, customers, orders and invoices in a seamless, real-time manner. Routes and drops are automatically optimized, customers terms and account information are readily available and orders are managed directly in the tablet.

If an item is damaged, lost or refused in the field, the driver can use Routeique to update the order and reprice the invoice, even providing the reason for the change, for later reporting.

Once an order is ready for acceptance by the customer Routeique can capture the name and signature of that customer digitally, for inclusion on the invoice. Orders are automatically marked as received and daily checkin, checkout and summary reports are automatically produced.

Driver hours, drops and distances are automatically calculated as well, for use in utilization reports, time sheets and performance reviews.

WEB-BASED ADMIN CONSOLE

The Routeique platform also offers a web-based administrative console for office personnel in departments like your call centre, operations, logistics and accounting. The console also offers telephony and email integration to ensure your orders are correctly management, no matter the source.

The console offers customer relationship management, order management, invoicing, vendor, product and pricing management, route planning, route optimization, fleet and driver management and reporting.

Communicate directly with drivers in the field using Routeiques built-in voice communication, or push-notification technology. Edit a drivers orders on-the-fly and automatically re-optimize the remaining drops for that day.

CUSTOMER ORDER PORTAL

The Routeique customer order portal allows customers to enter their orders via a self-serve console, cutting time and expense from the order desk. These orders flow automatically into Routeiques work-flow, providing a seamless experience for all down-stream team members such as accounting, operations, logistics and drivers themselves.
